How does the book system work?

Every enchantment is a collectible Enchant Book. Find a book — in rifts and dungeons, quest rewards, or out in the open world — and it enters your permanent library. From then on the Enchantsmith in Brave Haven can apply that enchant to any compatible gear slot, as many times as you can pay for.

What do enchants cost?

The Enchantsmith charges a currency tied to the soul economy — Soul Corrupted enemies are the primary source. The demo interface shows per-enchant costs, an UPGRADE path to raise the merchant’s level, and a DISENCHANT option, so enchants are swappable rather than permanent commitments.

How many enchantments exist?

About 34 enchantments by launch-build file reads — some databases count up to 63 by listing each tier separately. Enchants run in tiers (the demo shows Roman numerals like “Ender Mines I”), and each tier is a stronger version of the same effect. Confirmed example: Ender Mines — weapon attacks deploy mines that explode near enemies after a short delay.

Which books should you hunt first?
